CANCELLATION POLICIES

Customers may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If the cancellation is made up to 14 days before arrival, the customer must pay the full amount of the reservation. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation must be paid.
A prepayment of the total amount of the reservation will be requested within 14 days prior to arrival.
